Welcome to Skool Manager AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Skool Manager AI helps schools build clash-free weekly timetables using AI. Features may change over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old or use the app on behalf of a school.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Use the service to violate any law.

4. Your data

You own the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated output

Timetables generated by the AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving them before using them in your school.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skool Manager AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
